Contact reports

A great tip for writing contact reports is to write them in the meeting (if you can). Just whip your laptop out, open up a contact report template, and fill it out as you go along. You then just need to tweak it later (if you take good notes) and can send it out.

And yes, they are useful, and invaluable when a client changes their mind later on.
